Residential Murals in Melbourne & Victoria

Custom murals for backyards, fences, garage doors, water tanks and interiors

I paint custom murals for homes across Melbourne and Victoria, from backyard courtyards and front fences to garage doors, water tanks and kitchen walls. Each one is designed around your space and your style, whether that's native wildlife, bold colour or something abstract. With 15+ years of experience, I'll take you from the first idea to the final coat.

Backyard, Courtyard & Fence Murals

Give your outdoor space its own personality

Your backyard is an extension of your home, and a mural can turn a plain wall into the best feature in it. I painted a kingfisher in a Fitzroy courtyard with a selective background, so the original brickwork still shows through, and a vibrant abstract mural on a back fence in a Melbourne CBD courtyard. From small courtyards to long front fences, I'll shape a design to the space and how you use it.

Water Tank & Garage Door Murals

Everyday features turned into standout artwork

Some of the most practical parts of a property make the best canvases. I've painted a full wraparound water tank with a kookaburra, possum, hare, rainbow lorikeet and wattle, and turned a backyard water tank into a feature with bold colour and Australian flora and fauna inspired visuals. On a garage door in Kew, I used transparent spray and dry brush for a black swan that makes arriving home more interesting.

Kitchen, Interior & Airbnb Murals

Feature walls that make the inside of a home memorable

An interior mural changes how a room feels. I've painted a kitchen with bold colour, flowing linework and native wildlife, and turned two Airbnb apartments, in Fitzroy and Southbank, into spaces guests remember. If you're a homeowner or a host looking for a feature wall, I'll design something that suits your style and the room.

Residential mural FAQs

How much does a home mural cost?

It depends on the size of the wall, the surface and prep, access, the complexity of the design and the timeline. Send photos and measurements for a free quote. (Link to your cost page once it's built.)

How long does a mural last?

That depends on the surface, sun exposure, the paint and the finish. I'll recommend the right prep and finish for your wall when I quote.

Can you paint interior walls as well as outdoor ones?

Yes. I've painted kitchens and apartment interiors as well as courtyards, fences and water tanks.

Do I need permission to paint a mural at home?

If you rent, you'll need your landlord's consent. Painting unpainted brick, or a home in a heritage area, can also need council approval, so check early.
