Creative Art Workshops in Melbourne Facilitated By Melbourne Mural Artist Lukas Kasper For Schools, Community Groups, and Youth Programs

School Art Workshops & Programs in Melbourne

Creative, Hands-On Art Experiences for Students

WWCC Certified - 10+ Years Experience

I run art workshops and creative programs for primary and secondary schools across Melbourne, combining practical art-making with an introduction to my work as a professional mural and street artist. Every workshop starts with a short presentation about how I became an artist and what the work is really like, so students feel inspired before they pick up a brush.

Programs adapt to your year levels, class sizes and school environment, from a single session to a multi-stage creative program.

Skateboard Art Workshop Programs in Melbourne Facilitated By Melbourne Mural Artist Lukas Kasper For Schools, Community Groups, and Youth Programs

Skateboard Art Workshops

Students design and paint their own skateboard

A hands-on, multi-day program where every student designs and paints their own skateboard artwork, guided by a working artist. Each student gets a blank, paint-ready board and all the materials. It works best as three sessions, so ideas have room to grow without rushing.

Graffiti Art Spray Painting Workshops in Melbourne Facilitated By Melbourne Mural Artist Lukas Kasper For Schools, Community Groups, and Youth Programs

Spray Painting Workshops

Learn the spray paint techniques used in mural art

Students learn to use spray paint without stencils, building confidence with spray control, line work, shapes and colour. Each student creates a finished piece on their own 1.2m × 1.2m MDF board, with masks and gloves supplied.

Interactive School Mural Programs

From student ideas to a professional legacy mural

A student focus group and creative workshops shape the theme, then I design a full-colour concept for your school to approve and paint the mural. Students can be as involved as you like, from one supervised painting session to hands-on throughout.

Graffiti Canvas Workshops

Create your own graffiti-inspired artwork

Students learn lettering, composition, colour and the techniques that shaped Melbourne's street art culture, then create their own graffiti-inspired canvas. It's accessible for beginners and leaves room for each student to develop a personal style.

School Talks & Artist Presentations

Inspiration from a working professional artist

I share how I got started in street art and mural painting, how I built a professional art practice, and what it's like to work on projects for schools, councils, businesses and major brands. Talks work as a standalone presentation or as the opening to a workshop. Students come away with an insight into life as a working artist, how murals and street art are made, and the different pathways open to young artists.
