A Turtle Mural Painted On Pool Wall
A Realistic Turtle Mural Designed for a Residential Pool Area
A custom mural can transform a plain fence or wall beside a swimming pool into a feature that brings the whole outdoor space together. For this residential mural, the homeowner wanted to complement the colours of her pool while incorporating a realistic turtle into the design.
I created a detailed turtle surrounded by flowing background patterns, carefully balancing the natural subject with a more stylised artistic finish. The colours were chosen to work with the existing pool area, helping the mural feel like a natural extension of the space rather than something added as an afterthought.
Custom Murals for Pool Fences, Garden Walls and Outdoor Spaces
One of the most challenging parts of this project was painting the reflective water. Capturing the way light and colour move across the surface required a considered painting technique, but the result brought an extra level of realism and depth to the finished artwork.
Whether it's a pool fence, a garden wall, a courtyard or an outdoor entertaining area, a custom residential mural is an opportunity to turn an ordinary surface into something personal. I work with homeowners to develop designs that complement their property, from realistic Australian wildlife and nature-inspired imagery to colourful, flowing street art.
If you're looking to bring more personality to your backyard, a custom mural can make your pool area or outdoor space feel genuinely unique.
