I was approached by the awesome crew at Ringo Barr to bring their shop front to life! To begin with we started the same way I tend to start with all my clients by getting an idea of what they’re really looking for and lucky for the both of us they really loved my traditional flowing style along with a simple instruction of including their logo colours and small reference to Ringo Starr due to the obvious wordplay of the space.
Each design process is a little different and with this one I started with quite a simple colour pallete just taking into consideration the key colours of their logo but after having a chat with the owner he said go all out with the vibrance, something I’ll never shy away from!
We included the “Ringo Starr” inspired imagery atop of the window as a main feature and painted the remainder of the space in my own unique style of psychedelic love hearts, flowers, stairs, eyes & other shapes to really bring this shop front to life.
In just 1 day I finished up this project completely transforming this shop front, if you’re on the tram, driving or walking by you’ll be sure not to miss “Ringo Barr”
