Old Buoys get a new life after a long process of sanding, stripping and repainting at the shipping yard these two Buoys holding their own piece of history in the East Gippsland area where ready to be refurbished into sculptural paintings to be placed along the waterside.
When approached by the East Gippsland Shire Council there where some requests for important flora and fauna in the area and together we constructed a flowing narrative giving each a new lease on life and the community some unique pieces of art. The community response to these where incredible and what a great way to recycle something that otherwise would end up being destroyed.
