Youth Art Programs, Street Art, Graffiti, Murals & Creative Development in Victoria

Hands-On Creative Programs for Schools, Councils and Community Organisations

Street Art Education, Workshops and Large-Scale Collaborative Murals

Hello, my name is Lukas Kasper. I’m an artist based in Melbourne, Australia, specialising in street art, mural, and graffiti-based youth art programs across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

With over 15 years of experience, I design and deliver hands-on creative projects that actively involve young people in the artistic process. These programs range from freehand spray painting workshops and skateboard art sessions through to large-scale interactive school and community murals developed and painted alongside students.

My practice is centred around engagement, collaboration, and building creative confidence, using street art as a tool for self-expression, connection, and skill development. All programs are delivered in a safe, professional, and inclusive environment, supported by a valid Working With Children Check and full public liability insurance.
